Collection: CLARENCE DEATON

Clarence Deaton is a painter and collage artist living in Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband, Neal and their son, Parker. Her 3-dimensional butterfly collages – created with watercolor and gouache paint on archival paper and an Xacto knife to hand cut the shapes – are inspired by the colors, textures and movement of nature. Clarence also creates custom photo collages to commemorate people’s favorite people, place and things in a fun mixed media pop style.
